A favourite for many, Coire Ardair and its approach being one of the most picturesque in the country. Pass by the mighty cliffs on 'Meggys' north-east face which is a mecca for winter climbers, second to Ben Nevis' North Face before we traverse round the high tops taking in three Munros.

Join us for this spectacular outing on one of Scotland's classic mountains. Regarded as a route for those with an intermediate level of fitness, a fairly long but rewarding day out.
We meet at the Creag Meagaidh National Nature Reserve car park by the A86. Please note this car park is very popular with motorhomers so we may need to be quiet upon arrival ;-). From the car park we walk by Aberarder for where there are public conveniences. We then walk up the scenic Coire Ardair path initially through birch woods then on to the open hillside before reaching the spectacular view across Lochan a'Choire up to the cliffs of 'Meggy'. These are well known and a mecca throughout the winter months for climbing.
